Unlimited Revisions.

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. And experience tells us that a fixed number of revisions is perhaps not the best policy, as it means you could be stuck with either a substandard design, or end up paying more to have the work revised.

So we’re offering unlimited revisions on design projects such as business or product branding, logo, identity and concept work.

We often get asked exactly how much is “unlimited” and our answer is quite simple.

By “unlimited” we mean you’re not limited to the first idea about how something should look and we definitely don’t want to force you to like something just because you’ve exhausted an allocated amount of revisions.

That said, we’ll create at least three different initial concepts for you. After your feedback on these designs we will make any changes needed to your favourite choice until you are completely satisfied.

However, we do value our existing clients and since we don’t have an “unlimited” amount of resources, we’ll let you know if your requests are becoming unreasonable. For instance if you ask to see a concept in a hundred different colours and a hundred different font variations, we’ll happily suggest another design firm!

Most design requirements are different and no two clients are the same so we don’t offer Unlimited Revisions for all work. It’s best to make an appointment and come in and talk to us about your next project and how we can help you communicate your message to your audience.

Our “talks” are plain English discussions, although we’ll probably listen more than talk ourselves. They’re free and you’re under no obligation to buy our services.
